Dr. Rosalie Susan CHAPPLE

Dr Rosalie Chapple was a co-founder of the Institute in 2004 and has been actively involved with its activities since, including as Executive Director, while also teaching within the Masters of Environmental Management program at the University of New South Wales in Sydney.

Rosalie is passionate about wildlife, with a PhD in deer biology and behaviour from the University of Sydney in 1989, and through the Institute has instigated wildlife research projects in the Blue Mountains. Her other key passion is nature-based learning as reflected in the BMWHI education program.
